Coconut Water Cold Brew

The Creamy Tropical: Coconut Water Cold Brew
Instead of adding heavy dairy, this uses coconut water as the brewing liquid, a style pioneered by specialty coffee bars in Sydney. 
The Base: Cold brew coffee made by steeping coffee grounds directly in pure coconut water (or a 50/50 mix of coconut water and cold milk). 
The Creamer: Topped with a dollop of salted oat cold foam (oat milk aerated with a tiny pinch of sea salt). 
The Garnish: Toasted coconut flakes on top.
Why it works: Coconut water brings natural sweetness and electrolytes without burying the flavor of the espresso.
