For a classic, decadent Australian-style iced coffee, texture is everything.
The Base: A fresh double espresso dissolved into cold milk.
The Add-ins:
A drizzle of high-grade dark chocolate or wattleseed syrup along the inside of the glass.
A scoop of vanilla bean gelato (rather than standard ice cream).
Aerated sea-salt cold foam on top.
