The Aussie Specialty Icon: "The Mont Blanc" Twist
Originally popularized in Melbourne, this mix plays on the contrast between dark, acidic coffee and a rich, citrus-spiced top layer. 
The Base: Chilled espresso shot or double-strength cold brew over clear ice.
The Cream Layer: Lightly whipped cream folded with vanilla bean paste and a touch of maple or simple syrup.
The "Pop" Garnish: Freshly grated orange zest and a fine dusting of fresh nutmeg directly over the cream layer. 
Why it works: The bright citrus oils from the orange cut through the rich cream and highlight the natural fruit notes of single-origin coffee beans.
